Our Mission
We utilize empirically based behavior analytic tactics to teach socially significant behaviors.
Instruction is provided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians and the goal is to teach new skills within the areas of academic literacy, self-sufficiency, self-help, activities of daily living and leisure, and play and social skills.
Services are provided in the community, school setting, and home setting. VOGT ABA Therapy understands that collaboration is key between home, school, and community and this is done via parent training and team meetings. We also understand that with child development time is of the essence. Data are continually reviewed to determine how we can teach more skills in less time.
Social Skills and Functional Living Skills Taught Via Individual and Group Instruction
VOGT ABA Therapy is unique in that we offer short and long term ABA instruction and supervision for youths and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as other Developmental Disabilities. Our trained Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts are available to provide direct instruction to your children or young adults in the comfort of your hotel, temporary living arrangement, or permanent home. Data based instruction will be provided so there is not a lapse in ABA services or regression while you are vacationing The team will also work on generalization of skills in the community. We are also available to provide quality respite services during your stay in the greater New York area.
VOGT ABA Therapy has specific groups that focus on social behavior and teaching functional skills. The groups are comprised of 3-5 students and meet for 12 weeks. All of the skills taught utilize principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and incorporate generalization of skills to caregivers and as well as in other settings.
